Countdown to Summer

Due to the forecast for May 6th, we are moving the Countdown to Summer Party to Thursday, May 14, from 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM.

Join your fellow Tavelli Tigers for an afternoon of fun on the playground. We’ll have carnival games, corn hole, food trucks, music and more!

Children must be supervised at all times. This is an alcohol- and drug-free event and no animals or glass are permitted.

Kona Ice Party

Our 2026 Tiger Trek Walk-a-thon goal was $45,000, and we surpassed that thanks to the generosity of our wonderful Tiger community!

TIME TO PARTY!
Tavelli students will enjoy a much-deserved Kona Ice party on Friday, May 1 during their lunch recesses.

Volunteers needed! Help monitor syrups and trash during the Kona Ice party.

Poudre School District is sponsoring their annual turkey drive to benefit those in need for the holidays. If you are interested in participating, please bring a frozen turkey, chicken or ham to the Tavelli office so we can take them to the Food Bank. Thanks for making it a special time for others in our community.

Tavelli takes a bite out of hunger! Please help us line the hallways with non-perishable food items. Every donation helps us ensure our students have food during Thanksgiving break. Additional food will be donated to the Larimer County Food Bank.

Back to School Night

Our Back-to-School Night has been rescheduled to Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 5:00–6:30 PM. This evening is designed for parents to learn more about their children’s classroom, curriculum, and expectations for the school year.
To help minimize overlaps and provide families with the best experience, we will follow this schedule:

  • 5:00–5:30 PM – 4th & 3rd Grade Presentations

  • 5:30–6:00 PM – 1st & 2nd Grade Presentations

  • 6:00–6:30 PM – Kindergarten & 5th Grade Presentations

We encourage this evening to be parent-focused so teachers can share important information. If you must bring your child, we kindly request that they always remain with you during the event.
