Tiger Trek Walk-a-thon
Thank you for supporting Tavelli students,
one lap at a time!
More than $40,000
raised in 2025!
Thanks to the generosity of our Tavelli families and numerous business sponsors, we surpassed our 2025 Walk-a-thon fundraising goal! We will be able to continue annual support for classrooms, field trips, community events and teacher appreciation and fund more of our media center renovation.
2025 Highlights:
Students and staff walked a combined 5,750 laps, which is roughly the distance from Fort Collins to Indianapolis!
Students raised $36,500 and business sponsors gave $3,700.
Volunteers spent more than 100 combined hours organizing and executing our first Color Run.
100 pounds of colored powder was used in the Color Run.
Nearly 500 students and 25 staff members participated in the Walk-a-thon.
What is the Walk-a-thon?
The Tiger Trek Walk-a-Thon is Tavelli PTO’s biggest fundraiser of the year—and one of the most exciting! Students have 30 minutes to walk or run as many laps as possible on our 1/5-mile track while raising funds for important school programs.
The 2025 event will be a Color Run! Students are encouraged to wear older clothing and shoes that can get messy, but colored powders are not meant to permanently stain.
